These complexes are off of Old Dixie Parkway. They are just outside the city limits of Forest Park going south.

Bradford Ridge and BR II are sister properties to Laurel Pointe. I think these are the best three to target. LP has a community center which is being remodeled. It is primarily Afr-Am. Bradford Ridge are almost completely Latino.
