FBC Mountain Park, GA--Christmas Outreach : On a chilly Saturday afternoon, December 10th, SIX teams from FBC Mountain Park hosted Christmas Outreach Events at Highland Grove, Krystopher Woods, Azalea Place, The Lakes, Southern Place, and Oakbrook Pointe. The photos are from Azalea and Oakbrook. The teams told the Christmas story, sang songs, did crafts, decorated cookies and ice cream cones and gave out gifts. This was the first weekend we've had any ministry at HIghland Grove, which is near the church off of E. Park Place and 78.

First Baptist Atlanta--SS Class @ H. Station : The team from FBC Atlanta Singles did a great job of overcoming obstacles despite serious spiritual warfare. The office forgot to leave the door open so the team had to work outside in the cold! Their warm hearts still drew the people to them and they were a real blessing to the community at Huntington Station on December 10th.

Impact Atlanta--FBC Atlanta Pre-op : We worked with Kroger again this year. Rex Thyer is the new manager. Our SIX Ministers in Residents at FBC Atlanta did a fantastic job of carrying/sorting/distributing the tons of food for the Outreach Events held at 23 different locations! The MIR men distributed the flyers to the complexes and did a yeoman's job of recruiting the volunteer SS classes. PTL!

Impact Atlanta--FBC Atlanta : 2005 marked our FOURTH annual Impact Atlanta event. Twenty-three apartment complexes in Clarkston, Doraville, Chamblee, Atlanta, Norcross, DeKalb and Gwinnett counties heard the Gospel of Jesus Christ! Over three hundred men, women and children served food, painted faces, played games and loved on people resulting in 67 professions of faith. PTL! These pictures are in order from Sierra Place, Lake Placid, Sierra Creek, Parkview Village, Southern Trace, Highland Gardens, Azalea Place, Woodgate, Don Juan, Pearl Lane, and Shallowford Gardens.

Monticello Baptist Church, MS : Pastor Jon Daniels and his Youth Minister Jason Wade led this enthusiastic team of missionaries from Alabama. They worked at Southern Pines, Kensington Manor, Krystopher Woods, Willow Branch and Southern Place. They helped with backyard Bible clubs and distributed food and clothes at the missions. GBC/BSU : The Georgia Baptist Convention and the Baptist Student Union in associatin with Lifeway generously sent us four staff people for two weeks to help with the teams and to do Backyard Bible Clubs at Chamblee Heights and at Highland Gardens, Ally, Sara, Kimberly and Laura did a great job at the missions and with our volunteers! World Changers : FBC Duluth hosted this year's team of World Changers. Brian Holland was the pastor for the event. Marc White was my logistics coordinator. Goldrush : Over 850 students participated from 25 separate churches at the worderful youth conference hosted by Perimeter Church: Goldrush! These teams worked in 22 apartment complexes. These were Huntington Terraces, Foxfire, Huntington Village, Wyndham Creek, Azalea Place, Shallowford Gardens, Don Juan/Pearl Lane, the Corners, Foxwood, Adelaide Park, Huntington Ridge, Bristol Park, Huntington Creek, Briarlake Vilalge, Westwood, Concept 21-Roswell and Harmony Bay. The leaders were from the youth group of Perimeter. They did a fantastic job!

FBC Mountain Park, GA : This men's team worked in tough conditions remodeling our mission at Azalea. The took out the old floor and replaced it with new tiles, replace the cabinents and repaired the walls in the kitchen and hall way. This church supported our ministry in a very powerful way, but with prayer and finances as well as labor! Edwin Lamb did a great job of coordinating the team.

Sugarloaf Community Church & Calvario Baptist Church : On a gorgeous Spring afternoon on April 16th, my friends from Sugarloaf Community Church, lead by Drew Grubbs and Kathy Deitz, facilitated a tremendous amount of work re-striping parking lots, painting the Azalea Mission and repairing the road leading to the Fellowship Hall at FBC Doraville. Another congregation, the Spanish church located at FBCD--Calvario Baptist Church--was the real brains behind the driveway repairs. Thank God for the cooperation of Churches!
